32. International Usedom-Marathon        and 21. Semi-Marathon

Welcome to the Isle of Usedom!

On the 3th September 2011 there will be the 32. edition of the Usedom-Marathon.

We would be glad to welcome you to this event.

What can you expect?

A nature-lovers´race between the coast of the Baltic Sea, the "Achterwasser" and the Peene-River on the sunniest German island.

Beautiful beach prominades with their hustle and bustle in contrast to the calm parts of forrests and faboulous views of the sea.

The Semi-Marathon presents a calm and quiet atmosphere along the Peene-River to the charming hinterland of the Isle of Usedom with its cottages whose roofs are thadched with straw.

The result of the extensive roadworks during the last years is the improvement in the running conditions especcially on the Marathon trail. Very important was the completion of the cycle track between Zinnowitz and Wolgast so that you don´t have to run of the road.

Spezial features of the Usedom-Marathon!

Not only the marathon race crosses the border but also the work of the organizers is done together by one German and one Polish club. This so close co-operation ed to a warm club members friendship.
